1st objective:

Design and verify benchmarks to measure corporate environmental impact. They will be based on AI algorithms that establish dynamic competitive benchmarks  to assess environmental impact on the scales of facility, company, and region. In this regard, the specific objectives are the following:

  1. Design and verify fully operative competitive benchmarks to compare the polluting emissions of a facility to those of other facilities based on three aspects: activity, evolution over time, and predictability.
  2. Design and verify fully operative competitive benchmarks to compare the polluting emissions of a company to those of its competitors based on three aspects: activity, evolution over time, and predictability.
  3. Design and verify fully operative competitive benchmarks to compare the situation of a region to others’.

2nd objective:

Create a ‘smart dashboard’ prototype so that these competitive benchmarking indexes on the emissions of facilities, companies and regions are easy to use and understand. This prototype will enable streamlined queries through automatic assessments on the environmental circumstances of any facility, company, and region in the database. As a result, informed and effective decision making for its users will be easier.
