María Dolores Vidal is Professor of Human Resource Management at University of Granada and member of the ISDE Research Group. She has extensive experience in research projects (17 projects) and has been a principal researcher in 2 research contracts with private entities. Its work of transferring knowledge is very extensive (numerous reports of advice to SMEs and direct training to the business fabric) and the result of research has published 24 articles, 8 in JCR journals, and has participated in numerous national and international conferences ( 30 papers). His teaching experience is extended both at the University of Granada and at the National Distance University (UNED). He also has extensive work experience, occupying different positions of directive responsibility in different public-private bodies (Chamber of Commerce of Jaén, Open Commercial Center of Granada and Chamber of Commerce of Granada).
