José M. de la Torre-Ruiz is Assistant Professor of Management at University of Granada (Spain). His expertise is related with the human resource management and its effects of employees’ attitudes and performance. José has published more than 10 works in top tier research journals, including Management Decision, Business Strategy and the Environment, Employee Relations, Personnel Review, Small Group Research, International Journal of Manpower, European Sport Management Quarterly, among others. In addition, José has made more than 35 contributions to several conferences and seminars, including some of the most relevant conferences in the area, such as EGOS, Academy of Management Annual Meeting, EURAM or GRONEN. José is currently part of the board of the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
