Inmaculada Martin-Tapia is tenure professor at the University of Granada (Spain) where she teaches Management organizations. She was awarded her Ph.D in 2005 in the University of Granada. She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis campus (MN, USA) and the University of Kansas (KS, USA). Her research interests are strategic management and corporate social responsibility, in particular, environmental sustainability, human resource management and the relationships among them. She helped to organize the first conference of the Group of Organizations and Natural Environment (GRONEN). She has published in various journals as International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business, and Ecological Economics. She is currently Associate Editor of the journal Organizations and Environment.
