Consequences of the Global Health Crisis on SMEs Andalusian: Post-Covid-19 Business Measures and Effective Solutions Before the Economic Catastrophe

RESUMEN

La crisis sanitaria como consecuencia de la pandemia de la COVID-19 está generando unas consecuencias económicas y sociales devastadoras. Ante este dramático contexto económico el reto empresarial consistirá en que las empresas puedan resistir a dicho contexto intentando mantener los puestos de trabajo de los empleados y unas cifras de rentabilidad mínimas que permitan la subsistencia para así poder resurgir cuanto antes. A este respecto, la principal pregunta
a la que este proyecto de investigación pretende dar respuesta es: ¿cómo van a resistir las empresas a esta embestida económica generada por la COVID-19?

Para arrojar luz sobre este problema, el objetivo de este proyecto es realizar un análisis de las consecuencias de la crisis de la COVID-19 en las empresas en general y en las pymes en particular, así como en las soluciones que se van generar para poder paliar sus efectos devastadores. Este proyecto, por tanto, estudia las actuaciones que las empresas están llevando a cabo y van a tener que desarrollar en los próximos meses para frenar los efectos negativos de la crisis sanitaria, a las que se les denomina “medidas post-COVID-19”.

SUMMARY

The health crisis as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic is generating devastating economic and social consequences. In the face of this dramatic economic context, the business challenge will be for companies to resist this context by trying to maintain the jobs of employees and minimum profitability figures that allow subsistence in order to resurface as soon as possible. In this regard, the main question that this research project seeks to answer is: how are
companies going to resist this economic crisis generated by COVID-19?

To shed light on this issue, the objective of this project is to carry out an analysis of the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis on companies in general and on SMEs in particular, as well as on the solutions that will be generated in order to mitigate its devastating effects. This project, therefore, studies the actions that companies are carrying out and will have to develop in the coming months to curb the negative effects of the health crisis, which are called “post-COVID-19 measures”.
